We are expanding rapidly and are looking for skilled and motivated ITI candidates to join our production, quality, and assembly teams.

Position

ITI Technician / Operator (Wiring Harness Manufacturing)

Location

• Ahmedabad, Gujarat (current openings)

Qualification Required

• ITI passed in Electrician, Fitter, Wireman, Electronics Mechanic, Machinist, Turner, Instrumentation, or relevant trade

• 10th or 12th pass with ITI certification

• Freshers and experienced both can apply

Key Responsibilities

• Operate pneumatic crimping machines for wiring harness assembly

• Cut, strip, crimp, and terminate wires as per IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards

• Assemble connectors, terminals, and sleeves according to engineering drawings

• Perform quality checks using pull testers, crimp height gauges, and continuity testers

• Ensure 100% compliance with safety and work instructions

• Support in process improvement, line setup, and preventive maintenance

• Maintain records of daily production, inspection, and machine logs

• Assist engineers in new product development (NPD) and first article (FA) approval

Skills Required

• Knowledge of basic electrical and mechanical assembly

• Ability to read wiring diagrams and harness drawings

• Hands-on with tools and machines (wire stripper, crimping press, soldering iron, multimeter)

• Understanding of quality standards, 5S, Kaizen, lean manufacturing

• Team player with a focus on productivity and accuracy
