Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and passionate Full Stack Developer with 2–4 years of experience to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have expertise in both front-end and back-end development, database management, API integration, and cloud deployment. Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks, backend technologies, and AI tools is an added advantage.

The candidate will work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and cross-functional teams to deliver secure, high-performance, and user-friendly applications.

Key Responsibilities

1. Full Stack Development

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications.
• Build scalable front-end and back-end architectures.
• Develop reusable, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.

2. Front-End Development

• Develop responsive user interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Build applications using React.js, Angular, Vue.js, or similar frameworks.
• Convert UI/UX designs into interactive web applications.
• Optimize front-end performance and user experience.

3. Back-End Development

• Develop RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Build server-side applications using PHP (Laravel), Node.js, Python (Django/FastAPI), or similar technologies.
• Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices.
• Optimize application performance and database queries.

4. Database Management

• Design and manage relational and NoSQL databases.
• Write optimized SQL queries and stored procedures.
• Maintain database security, backup, and recovery.
• Ensure data integrity and scalability.

5. API & System Integration

• Develop and integrate REST and third-party APIs.
• Integrate payment gateways, ERP, CRM, and external systems.
• Implement secure API authentication mechanisms.
• Troubleshoot API and integration issues.

6. Testing & Quality Assurance

• Perform unit, integration, and system testing.
• Debug and resolve software defects.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards.
• Ensure application reliability and security.

7. DevOps & Deployment

• Deploy applications on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Work with Docker, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems.
• Monitor application performance and resolve production issues.
• Maintain application uptime and security.

8. AI & Automation (Preferred)

• Integrate AI APIs such as OpenAI, Google Gemini, or Microsoft Azure AI.
• Develop AI-powered features including chatbots, document processing, and workflow automation.
• Utilize AI tools to improve productivity and enhance user experience.

Preferred Qualifications
