About the Role
Celestix Industries is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to create custom LED neon sign artwork based on customer requirements.
This role is suitable for candidates at the beginning of their design career, including fresh graduates with knowledge of graphic design software and a willingness to learn. The position requires a good eye for typography, layout and visual balance, along with the ability to translate customer ideas into clear, production-ready designs.

Key Responsibilities
Custom Neon Sign Design
- Create custom LED neon sign artwork based on customer requirements.
- Convert customer ideas, text, logos and graphics into visually clear design concepts.
- Prepare designs that can be accurately used for neon sign production.
Design Mock-ups & Customer Proofs
- Create digital mock-ups and design proofs for customer approval.
- Modify existing designs based on customer feedback.
- Ensure revisions are completed accurately while maintaining the intended visual style.
Vector Artwork & Production Files
- Convert logos, text and graphics into production-ready vector designs.
- Prepare print-ready and manufacturing-ready files.
- Ensure files are organised correctly and suitable for the production process.
- Maintain consistency in file preparation and design documentation.
Typography & Layout Design
- Apply strong typography, spacing and layout principles to custom sign designs.
- Select appropriate visual arrangements based on customer requirements.
- Maintain readability, proportion and visual balance across designs.
Sales & Production Coordination
- Coordinate with the Sales team to understand customer requirements clearly.
- Work with the Production team to ensure artwork can be manufactured accurately.
- Resolve design questions and make practical adjustments where required.
Design Quality
- Check designs carefully before submission or production.
- Ensure artwork meets company quality standards and production guidelines.
- Maintain strong attention to detail across dimensions, layouts, text and graphic elements.
Design File Management
- Maintain organised design files and project documentation.
- Ensure current versions and revisions can be identified easily.
- Maintain proper files for customer approvals and production use.
Marketing Design Support
- Support the Marketing team with creative work when required.
- Prepare banners, social media creatives and promotional graphics.
- Maintain appropriate visual quality and consistency across marketing materials.
Design Trends & Learning
- Stay updated with current graphic design trends.
- Follow developments in typography and visual design.
- Learn new design tools and production processes as required.
Required Experience
- 0–1 year of graphic design experience.
- Freshers can apply.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator is mandatory.
- A portfolio containing academic, freelance or personal design work is preferred.
Qualifications
Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree or Certification in:
